What this site is

SFL Epoxy is a local guide to garage floor coating in Miami and West Palm Beach.

We read the manufacturer data sheets, the building science papers, the city permit pages and the public price guides. Then we put the plain version here, with the source and the date next to every number.

We are not an installer. We do not do the work ourselves.

What happens if you tell us about your project

We are not booking jobs yet. If you tell us about your garage floor, we keep your details and let you know when a local installer is available. Your details go to an installer only with your consent. We are lining up that installer now, and we will name them on this page when they sign.

Licensing in plain words

As of October 18, 2026

Florida's contractor statute lists flooring among scopes that need no state contractor license, section 489.117(4)(a) 1. The list is not complete, and this is not legal advice.

A license number therefore cannot vouch for a floor coating installer. Ask for the written scope, the warranty with its exclusions, and references from past garage jobs.

How we handle facts

What you will not find here

This site shows no customer reviews, awards, staff photos or before-and-after photos. We have none to show. When real ones exist, they will be real and shown with permission.

SFL Epoxy is a local guide to garage floor coating in Miami and West Palm Beach, not a contractor. We publish the limits, facts and prices we can source, with the date next to each one. We are not booking jobs yet. If you tell us about your project, we will let you know when a local installer is available. Florida's contractor statute lists flooring among jobs that need no state contractor license (section 489.117(4)(a)) 1. So a license number cannot vouch for an installer, and you should ask for the written scope, the warranty terms and references instead. This is not legal advice.
